UU Church of Concord NH Auction: Food, Fun and Fellowship

One seat at the table, with three other guests, for a traditional Beijing Chrysanthemum Pot dinner and scintillating conversation for four guests in the home of Ruth Axelrod and David Canfield. Cook thin-sliced meat, butterflied shrimp, Chinese veggies, and maybe more, at the table in a traditional firepot filled with chicken stock warmed by smoldering coals. Then dip them in your choice of sauces and eat them with fresh flower rolls. For the second course, noodles & bok choy are added to the now-flavored stock. Appetizers, wine and dessert are included. The dinner will be scheduled in cool weather, when mutually agreeable. The photo is of last year's actual dinner.  Fair market value: Priceless!
